What data we process and what for
We process the data you give us through the forms on this website and through our contact channels (phone, WhatsApp and email), with a single purpose: handling your request and preparing the quote you ask us for.
The data we collect is:
- Name and surname of the contact person.
- Club, organisation or company you represent.
- Email address and phone number.
- The order information you give us: sport, number of garments, season and any detail you write in the message.
- The files you attach voluntarily, such as the club crest or a sketch.

If you request the catalogue download, we process your name, your club and your email address to send it to you.
Legal basis
The basis that legitimises the processing is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing.
How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods legally required to deal with any liabilities. If your request does not lead to an order, we keep it for a maximum of two years in case you get back in touch, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we pass the data to
We do not pass your data to third parties or make international transfers, except where legally required. Only the providers that supply us with hosting and email services have access to it, and we have the corresponding data processing agreements in place with them.
Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:

- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete them.
- Restriction: ask us to restrict their processing.
